Host response time
How long a host takes to reply to a guest enquiry or message.
Booking platforms track and sometimes surface host response time to guests. A slow response, especially mid-turnover when a host is also coordinating a cleaner, is one of the most common reasons an enquiry goes cold before it becomes a booking.
