Gap night
A single unbooked night between two reservations, too short to easily rebook.
A gap night sits between a checkout and a future check-in with no guest in between. Operators often leave the unit as-is or run a lighter clean, but the PIN and stop-sell status still need to be managed correctly so the gap does not accidentally get double-booked or left with an active guest code.
