About zwigly
We built it for our own customers first.
zwigly is the workflow tool we built to run voice AI for hotels, resorts, and short-term rentals. Founded in 2025, it is now open to every operator.
We build voice AI agents for hospitality on theheykoala.ai platform. Hotels, resorts, and short-term rentals use them to answer calls, confirm bookings, and follow up with guests.
Every property runs differently. A resort's checkout is not a villa's checkout, and no two short-term rental hosts hand off to their cleaners the same way. So for each customer we designed their workflows by hand: which system knows the booking, who gets told, which door code dies, what needs a human.
To do that we built an internal tool that turns a sentence into a workflow you can review and run. After using it property after property, we asked the obvious question: why keep it to ourselves? That tool is zwigly, now open to anyone running stays.
We are early, and we would rather say so than dress the company up with invented numbers.
