Stop-sell
Blocking a unit from being booked, usually while it is not guest-ready.
A stop-sell closes a unit's calendar temporarily, commonly while it is being cleaned, repaired, or inspected. Clearing the stop-sell late after a unit is actually ready costs a booking; clearing it early risks selling a unit that is not ready yet. This handoff sits directly on the PMS calendar.
