Turnover
The full sequence between one guest checking out and the next checking in.
Turnover covers everything that has to happen after a guest leaves and before the next one arrives: marking the unit dirty, cleaning, restocking, inspection, and clearing the unit as ready. A missed or slow turnover is the single most common stall in short-term rental operations.
