Folio
The running record of charges and payments for a single stay.
A folio tracks everything billed to a guest during a stay: room charge, deposit, incidentals, and payments received. For longer stays or serviced apartments, a folio that is not actively reconciled can quietly drift, leaving a balance nobody notices until checkout.
