Human-in-the-loop
A workflow step that pauses for a person to approve before continuing.
Human-in-the-loop approval keeps a person in control of any step that touches a guest, a lock, or money, even when the rest of the workflow runs automatically. zwigly uses this pattern for guest replies and other judgment calls rather than fully automating them.
