Channel manager
Software that syncs availability and rates across booking platforms.
A channel manager keeps a listing's calendar and pricing consistent across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and direct booking sites, so a unit does not get double-booked across platforms. It usually sits alongside, not instead of, a PMS.
